The New Jersey State FMBA is the premier fire union in New Jersey. The NJ FMBA represents approximate 5,000 career firefighters in New Jersey. The FMBA represents the Firefighters (Local 35) and Fire Officers (Local 235) of the Hillside Fire Department.

The Hillside Fire Department works closely with the FMBA to provide the safest possible work environment for its firefighters.
